How do I get started?

Click on services and fill out the form for service you are requesting. You may reach out via the “Contact” tab on the top menu.

What do I need to get started?

Each project is unique, please start with the type of service you wish to utilize and we will work together and create an action plan to deliver on your vision. For designs, we need your concept and color scheme.

Do I receive drafts before the final design?

Yes! We keep you in the loop throughout the creative process. You are allowed 2 revisions before finalizing. Any further revision will incur a $50 fee per revision. Revisions are NOT project changes. Alterations such as color and font are considered revisions, changing the concept will incur a new project charge.

What hosting platform do you use to design websites?

We are experts in SquareSpace and Wix design. If you desire a different platform, please mention this when you fill out your form.

What is the turn around?

Each project is unique, the time each project takes will vary, and will be defined in your contract.

If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Once the deposit is paid, we get to work. We spend time researching and developing, no refunds will be given.

How will I receive my files?

All of your projects will be sent via email or Google drive unless requested in another format.

All payments due at time specified in your contract.

You can pay via PayPal, credit card, check, cash, or another agreed upon method.
